Here you have the procedure for booking a viewing tour.

1. Once you have had a chance to study the information and we have answered your questions to your satisfaction; you will need to visit the area and see the properties for yourself. At this time we will be glad to send you a booking form for an Inspection Visit. Choose your dates that work best for your schedule. You will notice that the form includes a first choice and second choice section for both dates and airports. This is to give us a certain degree of flexibility to assure flights, accommodation and that staff will be available to assist you. Please fill this out as soon as possible and return it.

2. Once we have established available flights and staff, and confirmed the accommodations; we will contact you for your approval. If these arrangements meet with your approval the flight company will make your booking. Remember to return your payment with the booking form, as the flight company will need to have payment at this time before we can proceed.

3. You will receive written confirmation of all flight and connection details. Many airlines are now providing reference numbers for ticket pick up at the airport rather than sending them through the post. If this is the case, your written confirmation will provide those details as well.

4. Upon your arrival in Spain, you will be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation.

The member of staff assigned to you will have already been provided with specific details of what it is you are looking for. They will be dealing with you on a one-to-one basis and will take you to view a range of property that suit the type, area and price range your have specified. They will be able to include an appointment for you with a fully registered English speaking lawyer who can answer any legal questions you may have. They can also arrange for you to visit a local bank to facilitate opening a bank account and mortgaging of the property if this is required.
